Recent maintenance includes all new wheel cylinders, all new brake hoses completed approximately four years ago, and fresh oil changes. This Executive is also well documented and comes with its original build sheet along with the original bill of lading. Additional features include the original spare tire, spacious trunk, chrome front and rear bumpers, and much more. Drive this one out of our showroom or have us assist with shipping it to you anywhere in the United States! Don't hesitate to call us with any questions or for more information.
The 1956 Packard Executive was introduced as part of Packard's lineup for the 1956 model year and was positioned between the Packard Patrician and the lower-priced Packard models. The Executive was designed to offer many of the features and styling characteristics associated with Packard's senior automobiles while providing a more accessible option for buyers. For 1956, Packard continued to emphasize powerful V8 engines, distinctive styling, and comfortable interiors. The Executive was powered by Packard's 352 cubic inch V8, while the broader Packard lineup featured the company's newly developed V8 engine family. Packard's 1956 models are also recognized for their distinctive styling, including prominent chrome details and the company's characteristic vertical taillight design.
